1. Non-Circumvention

The Player agrees that they shall not, whether directly or indirectly, bypass, circumvent, or undermine the Platform in relation to any opportunity, club, contact, or intelligence identified, introduced, or made available through the Platform.

Without limitation, the Player shall not:

1. contact, approach, negotiate with, or enter discussions with any club or club representative identified through the Platform other than via the Platform's tools, workflows, or authorised channels;
2. use information obtained through the Platform to pursue an opportunity outside the Platform;
3. instruct, authorise, or permit any third party (including an agent, intermediary, advisor, or legal representative) to engage in any of the above acts.

2. Survival Period

The obligations in this section shall apply:

1. during the Player's active use of the Platform; and
2. for a period of 18 months from the date on which the relevant club, opportunity, or intelligence was first disclosed to the Player through the Platform.

3. Liquidated Damages

If the Player breaches the non-circumvention obligations set out in this section, the Player agrees that:

1. such breach would cause the Platform loss and damage which would be difficult or impracticable to accurately quantify at the time of contracting;
2. the parties have made a genuine pre-estimate of the loss likely to be suffered by the Platform as a result of such breach; and
3. the Player shall be liable to pay liquidated damages to the Platform in the sum of:

   (a) £1000 OR

   (b) 5% of the Player's gross remuneration, signing-on fee, or economic benefit arising directly or indirectly from the relevant opportunity,

   whichever is the greater.

This amount represents a reasonable and proportionate estimate of the Platform's loss and is not intended to operate as a penalty.

4. Additional Remedies

Payment of liquidated damages shall be without prejudice to:

1. the Platform's right to suspend or terminate the Player's account;
2. the withdrawal of access to any related opportunities; and
3. the Platform's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies where appropriate.

5. Regulatory & Representation Clarification

Nothing in this section:

1. constitutes an exclusive representation agreement;
2. appoints the Platform as the Player's football agent or intermediary; or
3. restricts the Player's general freedom to pursue career opportunities.

These obligations apply solely to the Player's use of the Platform and the information made available through it.

6. Acknowledgement

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or accessing an opportunity through the Platform, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this section.
